Riverpark Homes Ltd. is a prominent builder of quality homes in Lethbridge and its surrounding areas. In 1984 Riverpark Homes began building entry level new housing and today continues to provide first-time buyers with a quality home at an affordable price. Recently Riverpark Homes has expanded to include larger, executive style homes for growing families.

Manager
Erwin holds a B.Ed. degree and is a Journeyman Carpenter with over 30
years experience in the home-building industry. Erwin is a Past
President of the Lethbridge Home Builders Association as well as a
Past Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Alberta New Home
Warranty Program (ANHWP), and past Board member of the Alberta
Housing Industry Technical Committee (AHITC). He is currently
a member of the Lethbridge Country Club.

Service Representative
Debra has been with Riverpark Homes since 1994 and received her
Certified New Home Sales Professional accreditation from PHIBIA in
2008. With this certification, Debra is specially qualified to
assist and advise customers in the purchase of their new homes.
In addition to working with clients during the sales process, Debra
handles all post-possession customer service concerns and warranty
work.
Megan Taylor
Design
Sales & Interior Design
Megan is the design consultant in the LA Home Solutions design
center, where you can see the latest in cabinetry, flooring & home
finishes. Megan will help you choose the perfect colors,
finishes and accessories that will make your new space reflect your
personal taste and style. Megan is a graduate of the Interior
Design Technology program, and specializes in cabinetry design, tile
and flooring. In addition to working with clients during the design
process, Megan also helps run and maintain the riverparkhomes.ca
