Riverpark Homes began building homes in Lethbridge and Southern Alberta in 1984. As of 2013, Riverpark Homes is under new ownership, but continues on with the legacy and quality established over the past 30 years.

Megan Plausteiner At Riverpark Homes, Megan drafts and customizes unique home plans, estimates the cost of the homes, schedules all of the tradespeople and acts as the daily site supervisor. She also does the home selections with the customers and the warranty and services claims. Megan attended the University of Saskatchewan before transferring to Lakeland College's Interior Design Technology Program where she graduated with honors.
Working at a small locally owned home builder has shaped Megan in many ways. Being a small business owner requires Megan to wear many hats, which has given her experience in all areas of the industry. Supporting the local community is very important to Megan, whether it's sourcing products that are locally made, or hiring tradespeople from Lethbridge and surrounding areas.
